The C1 CookyCam is a compact wireless mini camera that combines the functions of a body camera, IP camera, and action camera in a single 32g unit. With Wi-Fi IP and P2P connection, you can remotely control the camera and watch live footage from your smartphone. Key Features and Operation

This mini camera offers three main operating modes – video, photo, and motion detection – all controlled via a single Confirm button. The built-in 600mAh battery provides portable power, and the CMOS sensor captures 90-degree first-person view footage.

Video Mode

In video mode, the red mode indicator stays on. Press the Confirm button once: the red indicator turns off and the camera starts recording video. Press again to save the file and return to standby. Files are saved as MP4 (H.264 coded) format.

Photo Mode

In photo mode, the blue mode indicator stays on. Press the Confirm button once, and the camera takes a photo every 15 seconds. The blue indicator flashes once per capture. Photos are saved as 1280x720 JPG files.

Motion Detection Mode

In motion detection mode, both red and blue indicators stay on. When the camera detects an object moving, both indicators turn off and the camera starts recording video automatically. This mode is useful for security or monitoring purposes without constant manual activation.

Connectivity and App Control

The camera connects to your smartphone via Wi-Fi for LAN control using the dedicated app. Setup is straightforward and does not require internet access for local use.

AP Connection (LAN)

Scan the QR code to download the app. Power on the camera by pressing the Confirm button for 3 seconds. Open your phone's WLAN settings and connect to the network named CookyCam using default password 12345678. Then open the app, click LAN and the camera ID number to start controlling the camera. Through the app, you can preview the live image, control recording, and download stored files.

Remote P2P Connection

The camera also supports P2P remote connection, allowing you to view live footage from anywhere via Wi-Fi. This feature enables remote monitoring of your home, workplace, or belongings while you are away.

Compatibility and Storage

The camera uses a MicroSD card for storage (not included), supporting cards up to 32GB. It is compatible with Windows XP and Mac OS 10.2 or above for file transfer. The built-in microphone features noise cancellation for clearer audio capture.
